Your penis is the size it is. However, you can influence how much of it you perceive, so that it can feel a lot bigger.
What about pills?
The internet is full of ads for pills that are supposed to enlarge the penis. The pills are either supposed to increase blood flow or testosterone. But it has not been medically proven that these pills really make the penis larger. So, in short: These pills don't work. They are a waste of money, and they put your health at risk.
This text is about how you can make your penis feel bigger. We recommend you read it. It might give you new ideas. After the age of 19, your penis doesn't grow any further and you can't change its length or girth. But you can change the way you feel about your penis.
Why is every penis longer than it looks?
First of all, your penis is much longer than it looks: It is not attached to the outside of the body, but is deeply anchored inside the body. Almost half of the penis runs under the skin. Instead of just looking at your penis from the outside, it's a good idea to realize that there's a lot more to it than you see. You can follow the underside of the penis via the scrotum all the way to your perineum with your hand.
Why is it so important how much I feel?
A lot of men don't feel their penises that well. Their penis is like a means to an end: It has to function – i.e. get erect at the right moment, and ejaculate at the right moment. But your penis is more than that: It's a part of you that can feel good. The more you perceive it, the bigger it seems to you. You can practice this perception by caressing your penis in the evening before falling asleep. If you get an erection, fine. But the goal is not sexual arousal, but rather just nice, pleasant sensations.
How can I feel my penis in its entire length?
Since so much of your penis is located inside the body, it can be stimulated sexually from the inside, so to speak. This means that you don't just rub and press on the outside of the penis, but you also play with your pelvic floor muscles. They surround the part of the penis that lies beneath the skin. So you do not only feel sexual arousal on the outside of your penis, but also on the inside – and this will make it feel bigger.
How does sexual arousal make the penis bigger?
When you're sexually aroused, you feel your penis more intensely – provided you have a technique that allows for lots of sensations. This is where the topic of muscular tension becomes very important. If you're stiff in your body and rub your penis, or if your press it very hard, you'll feel less because the muscular pressure is so high that your blood circulation is cut off a bit. You'll be able to feel your penis much better when you allow for more blood flow. You do this by moving more during sex and playing with your pelvic floor muscles. Please read our texts on muscular tension and moving during sex to understand this better.
