I feel very guilty and ashamed about it. I feel so guilty that I won't be able to make an eye-contact with the person that I had fantasized about.

You don't need to feel guilty about your sexual fantasies. Fantasies are your own private space and everything is allowed there. Many people fantasize about someone they know. That's okay. You're not hurting anyone by just fantasizing about them. Fantasies are simply a tool for sexual arousal. Also, fantasizing about something doesn't mean that you actually want it to happen in reality.
