We are trying to have intercourse since 3-4 months but whenever I try to insert my penis inside my partner’s vagina , my penis stays hard for sometime and becomes loose after that and does not becomes hard.Lubricants also not helping.

This is probably because you have accustomed your penis to react only to stronger pressure or faster friction. But the vagina can't build up that much pressure. So your penis does not feel anything inside the vagina. That's why lube doesn't help: it reduces the friction even more and makes you feel even less. I assume that when you masturbate, you rub with a lot of pressure and maybe also tense all your muscles. You can learn to feel more again by getting your penis used to less intense stimuli. This takes regular practice and a little time, because, as with all learning, new connections have to form in the brain.
