hi lilli !
After reading all of your amazing tips i have understood that PE and
Performance anxiety and ED are very conected to each other .
First i conditioned my body to orgasm very rapidly through mastrubation in stiff position and rubbing motion and many time being overexited by watching porn , for years and years.
Then when i had my first experiences in sex with a girl i would ejaculate in seconds .
After these experiences happening many times i started having anxiety when i thought about sex with other girls and being in a state of fear that PE is going to happen to me when i have sex again .
And then after these anxiety i experienced ED having a hard time having an errection around womens , i was to much in my head .
And being in these state of anxiey that came from fear about having PE over and over i would get tension my body so much even when i was errected and i would ejaculate in just seconds .
My life was a mess and miserable but now i found your website and i am willing to practice everyday to be able to enjoy my sex life for the first time (i am 25 years old)

I would like your help as you read my story. So please i would like a list of tips and exercises i should follow in order to get rid of these state where i am now and practice them everyday . (i have read all your stuff but i dont know where to begin and finish with )

It's great that you're willing to practice. Here are a couple of tips:

  • three times a week, spend 20 minutes exploring the pelvic swing. Use these tips. You can play with different positions. Don't worry about sexual arousal. It's all about getting a feel for these movements.
  • three times a week, follow these tips to practice alone for intercourse. I suggest practicing in a standing position.

Do this for six weeks. Please check in with us afterwards and tell us what your experience has been so far.
